Tilley Alma Charles
Tilley, Alma Charles, Bishop of the Star Ward, Burley Stake, Idaho, from 1920 to 1926, was born Aug. 25, 1875, in Spanish Fork, Utah, the son of Henry Tilley and Ellen Measom. He was baptized Aug. 7, 1884, ordained a High Priest July 4, 1920, by David Langlois, and ordained a Bishop Nov. 28, 1920, by Stephen L. Richards.
